An Exchange between a Mortgagee (or creditor) and a Mortgagor (debtor) implying a loan of money for which re-payment is secured by giving the Mortgagee the right to sell the concerned Real property and keep the value of unpaid mortgage and interest, when the loan is not paid off in accordance with the agreed stipulations.
